Excel XP
Import Excel data into an Access database If you're working in Access and
want to copy data from an Excel workbook into your database, you can import the
data into Access. Use this method to bring a copy of a small amount of data that
you intend to continue maintaining in Excel into an existing Access database,
without having to retype the data.
If you're working in Excel and have installed and loaded the AccessLinks add-in program, you can use several Access features to maintain your Excel data. AccessLinks is available for download from the Microsoft Office Web site
Note: In Excel 2000 and earlier, click on Tools, Add-Ins and click on the Access Links checkbox. This add-in comes with earlier versions of Excel, but must be downloaded from the MicroSoft website for Excel XP.
